Types of Membership

Principal membership in BOMA Manitoba is open to any organization actively engaged in the ownership and/or management of commercial real estate or institutionally owned real estate in the province of Manitoba and the territory of Nunavut.

Allied membership is open to any organizations which supply, support and serve the Principal membership.

Professional membership is open to any organization which supplies professional services to Principal members.

Additional membership is available to individuals who are employed by an organization already holding a membership.

Dues

Annual dues are invoiced each December for payment in January.

Principal, Allied, Professional Membership: $845 + GST and includes admission to all 10 member luncheons in 2010.

Additional Principal memberships: $795 + GST. Additional Allied and Professional Memberships: $420 + GST. Additional memberships include admission to all 10 member luncheons in 2010.

Above rates include membership with BOMA Canada.
