I am pleased to present the 2019/2020 Commercial Building Directory to BOMA members and
commercial real estate professionals in our province.
Throughout North America, BOMA members continue to set the standard for operational
best practices and sustainability in commercial real estate. And I’m proud to say that our
members own, develop and construct nearly all of the commercial and institutional real estate
throughout Manitoba.

Since 1982, BOMA Manitoba has been the voice of our local commercial real estate industry
and our membership has grown in leaps and bounds since then, as is evidenced by attendance
at our monthly luncheons! In addition to those ten luncheons every year, BOMA members
enjoy a myriad of opportunities to connect with their peer network, including at our spring and
summer golf tournaments, special member events, our monthly BOMA Industry Breakfasts,
and the annual Manitoba Building Expo.

I believe that this annual Commercial Building Directory, in addition to our regular BOMA
e-News and BOMA INSIDER Magazine, serves as an important piece of the ‘BOMA offering’,
and aids us in our efforts to keep members informed about the latest industry news and
information. These efforts, collectively, help us strive towards our association’s mission:
To promote excellence and create value for our members and the entire industry through
networking, education, advocacy and recognition.

On behalf of the BOMA Board of Directors, I want to express our sincere appreciation to the
