offering, BOMA’s Building Young Professionals
(BYP) group!
BYP participants grow and learn with their peers in a welcoming and comfortable
environment. Through educational sessions, mentorship and networking opportunities,
our young professionals will gain the confidence and skills they have to take on greater
roles and responsibilities in the future.

BOMA’s newest offering is for young property management professionals and service
providers (35 and under) looking to connect with other professionals in the industry, learn
from leaders in the field, and expand their knowledge.

Building Operator Certification

BOMA Manitoba is now partnering with the Canadian
Institute for Energy Training (CIET) to bring the Building
Operator Certification (BOC®) program to Winnipeg.

The BOC program is an eight-module, nine-day
competency-based training and certification
program, offering facilities personnel the improved
job skills and knowledge to transform workplaces
to be more comfortable, energy-efficient and
environmentally-friendly.
