I am pleased to present the 2017 Commercial Building Directory to our members and to
commercial real estate professionals throughout the province.
This is an exciting time for Winnipeg and the building industry. Not only will we see the
advancement of True North Square and other significant downtown developments, but will
also welcome the long-awaited Seasons of Tuxedo outlet mall.
BOMA looks forward to providing continued value to our membership through the fantastic
line-up of events and education initiatives in 2017, including a full day of professional
development at the Manitoba Building Expo and this year’s Breakfast Series. We’re also excited
to grow BOMA’s newest initiative for those 35 and under, Building Young Professionals. This
new group will learn through education, mentorship and networking opportunities to gain the
confidence and skills they need to take on greater roles in the future.
