I am pleased to present the 2018 Commercial Building Directory to BOMA members and to
commercial real estate professionals throughout the province.
As is evidenced in this publication, BOMA members continue to be at the forefront of the
most significant developments in our market, from True North Square to 300 Main to the Outlet
Collection Winnipeg. Our members own, develop, and construct the bulk of commercial and
institutional real estate in Manitoba, and also set the standard for property management best
practices and sustainability.

On the membership front, we look forward to providing continued value to BOMA members
through a jam-packed events line-up, including our monthly luncheons, special networking
events, spring and summer golf tournaments and more. BOMA members will also have access
to a full day of professional development at our annual Manitoba Building Expo. And we’re
also introducing a new and improved education stream, which will be marketed as our monthly
BOMA Industry Breakfasts.
In addition, our association’s ‘35 and under’ offering – Building Young Professionals – continues
to grow, as does our Building Operators & Engineers Group. Through these and other initiatives,
BOMA’s board, committees and management team will continue to work hard to deliver on the
association’s mission: to promote excellence and create value for our members and the entire
industry through networking, advocacy, education, and recognition.

On behalf of the BOMA Board of Directors, I want to express our sincere appreciation to the
terrific advertisers who make this publication possible, and to all of our members for their
continued support of BOMA and the building industry.
