Designation Programs

BOMA Manitoba, in partnership with The Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI)
of Canada, is pleased to offer comprehensive designation programs for the commercial
property industry. There are courses available for the Facilities Management Administrator
(FMA®), Real Property Administrator (RPA®), Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA®),
and Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT®) designations.
