CIC, PROJECTS, RELATIONSHIPS

          (with customers, trades, etc.)

Undeniably, the CIC Way has landed the company solid
work in seemingly every building that fills the downtown
          skyline, and then some.

Winnipeg buildings that feature recently completed – and
current – CIC work include 201 Portage, 360 Main, 330

CIC has also been a go-to contractor for Investors Group’s

“they are great at communicating with you on a project,”
says Amber Gill, Investors Group’s Associate Manager,
          Region Office Facilities, Investors Group.

Gill’s department has utilized CIC for multiple projects
at Investors’ signature downtown Winnipeg building (the
18-storey tower also known as One Canada Centre), as well
as for building projects in Saskatchewan and Kelowna, BC.
According to Gill, the renowned CIC reliability has been key.
“I always know what’s going on (with projects) and they are
always ready to answer any question that I have,’ says Gill.
“And they always deliver. They are a great company that has
very talented people working for them; they definitely make
          my job easier.”
