3-in-1 Certificate Programs

It is a new option for students unable to commit to a full designation program. BOMI is offering a Facilities Management Certificate (FMC), Building Systems Maintenance Certificate (SMC), Property Administrator Certificate (PAC), and Property Management Financial Proficiency Certificate in three classes to be completed in any offering (accelerated review, self-study or on-line) within a one-year period.

Three classes in one year earns you a certificate as well as an introduction into both the RPA® and FMA® Designation programs as your credits (and your fee) are transferable!
