BOMA Manitoba, in partnership with The Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) of Canada, is pleased to offer comprehensive designation programs for the commercial property industry. There are courses available for the Facilities Management Administrator (FMA®), Real Property Administrator (RPA®), Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA®), and Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT®) designations.

These designations offerings help keep professionals current with trends and developments in the field. The education and training provide individuals with applicable knowledge to communicate better with owners, corporate leaders, and co-workers.
