September Member Luncheon Recap
More than 200 members and their guests gathered at the Pinnacle Club at Princess Auto Stadium on September 10th to hear from Wade Miller, President and CEO of the Blue Bombers.
Wade spoke about what Winnipeggers can look forward to during the Grey Cup week, highlighting the events that will bring the city to life and the preparations underway behind the scenes. He even joked about the absences from work that the Grey Cup is sure to inspire.
We extend a big thank you to Bayview Construction for sponsoring the luncheon and providing some wonderful door prizes. Wade also surprised the audience by giving away a pair of Grey Cup tickets to one lucky attendee!
What a fantastic turnout! We look forward to seeing you at future events.

BYP September Social Event Recap
On September 25th, the BYP crew came together for one evening of competition and connection. Things kicked off at Activate on Nairn, where teams jumped into high-energy games that sparked plenty of laughs and friendly rivalries.
Afterward, the group headed to Belle’s Kitchen across the lot to refuel. The patio was the perfect place to unwind with the Pitmaster Platter, cold drinks, and dessert!
Thank you for all that came out, we’re excited to see you at the next BYP event!

Preventive Maintenance (PM) Guidebook Coming Soon!
BOMA Manitoba is excited to be developing our first ever Preventive Maintenance Guidebook!
The BOMA Preventive Maintenance (PM) Guidebook is a member-driven resource that outlines maintenance schedules for key building systems, and practical checklists designed to help property managers, owners, and building operators extend the life of their assets and reduce costly repairs.
Developed in collaboration with our industry expert member firms, the guide also factors in Manitoba-specific considerations to support effective building maintenance.
