We are thrilled to announce the release of BOMA Manitoba’s Preventive Maintenance Guidebook!
Developed in collaboration with professionals from multiple disciplines, this guide serves as a comprehensive resource for building owners and property managers. It outlines PM best practices to maximize building performance, safety and asset value.

New INSIDER is On The Way!
The latest issue of BOMA INSIDER Magazine will be arriving in members’ mailboxes shortly! Our Winter 2025 issue highlights milestones and stories that are shaping Manitoba’s commercial real estate landscape.
This edition features two prominent firms celebrating milestones: Shindico and its 50-year legacy of intentional growth; and SMS Engineering celebrating 60 years of contributing to Manitoba’s buildings industry.

2026 BOMA Curling Bonspiel – 95% Sold Out!
Our Third annual BOMA Curling Bonspiel is scheduled for Thursday, February 26th!
This unique event for BOMA members (and their guests) offers a fun day of curling and networking at the historic Heather Curling Club in St. Boniface.
In addition to each team playing a minimum of three games — in a relaxed ‘semi-competitive’ format — participants will be treated to a light breakfast, lunch, and the opportunity to win prizes and enjoy some beverages with their fellow curlers throughout the day.
No experience required
Date: Thursday, February 26th
Time: Starts at 8:30 a.m. (to approx. 3:30 p.m.)
Location: The Heather Curling Club – 120 Youville Street
Cost: $450 for a team of 4
