2026 BOMA Curling Bonspiel – Sold Out!
Our third annual BOMA Curling Bonspiel is sold out! To be added to the waitlist, please contact Tom Thiessen by email.
This unique event for BOMA members (and their guests) offers a fun day of curling and networking at the historic Heather Curling Club in St. Boniface.
In addition to each team playing a minimum of three games — in a relaxed ‘semi-competitive’ format — participants will be treated to a light breakfast, lunch, and the opportunity to win prizes and enjoy some beverages with their fellow curlers throughout the day.
No experience required

Reminder to Apply for Manitoba’s Security Rebate for Businesses

reminder to BOMA members that the Manitoba Security Rebate Program is still open.
Launched in 2024, the Manitoba Security Rebate Program has already helped thousands of Manitobans lower the cost of security systems, cameras and other equipment. Eligible businesses will receive up to $2,500 per location on the cost of qualifying security upgrades and the cost of qualifying damage repairs.

The Foundations of Real Estate Management course is a 6-day introductory program designed for those new to commercial property management or looking for a solid refresher.
It covers key areas such as building operations, financial fundamentals, tenant relations, and risk management, providing a strong base for success in the commercial real estate industry.
