These awards celebrate exceptional property management, commitment to building sustainability, outstanding tenant improvement projects, and customer service excellence. We’re also pleased to introduce an Emerging Leader Award for 2026!

March YP Billiards Night
Date: Tuesday, March 10, 2026
Location: Flea Whiskeys (601 Erin St)
Time: 6:00 – 8:00pm
BOMA Manitoba is hosting its March Young Professionals Billiards Night, open to professionals 35-ish and under.
No pool experience required. You are welcome to join us even if you prefer not to play. Come shoot a few rounds or simply enjoy great conversation and networking.
A drink ticket and dinner is included!
Grab a cue or just grab a drink. Either way, we will see you there!

February Industry Breakfast Recap
Members met at the Richardson Conference Centre for a BOMA Industry Breakfast on AI in commercial real estate, featuring Philip Giles, Senior Sales Director at Neovation Learning Solutions.
With decades of experience, Giles shared practical AI tools already improving operations, from lease abstraction and document review to energy analysis and predictive maintenance.

February BYP Boardroom Session Recap
Jen Jacobsen, Director of Multi-Family Properties at Ladco Company Limited, led an engaging and candid discussion at February’s BYP Boardroom Session on the realities of property management.
Drawing from her career experience, she shared practical advice on hiring, networking, budgeting, working with trades, and managing owner relationships.
