The Building Conference – Save the Date!
Please make sure to Save the Date for The Building Conference, scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
This full day event at the Victoria Inn Hotel & Convention Centre is dedicated entirely to designing, building, and managing commercial, institutional and multi-family buildings. The conference combines a tradeshow/product expo, educational seminars, panel discussions and a keynote luncheon.
Our exhibitor showcase will once again highlight the latest technologies and products for the building industry.
Now in its 12th year, The Building Conference is an annual joint effort of the Winnipeg Construction Association (WCA) and BOMA.

New issue of BOMA INSIDER Magazine in members’ hands!
In the Summer 2026 issue of BOMA INSIDER Magazine, we explore Manitoba’s growing multi-family sector through insights from three industry leaders, highlighting the trends, opportunities and challenges shaping this evolving market.
We also feature an interview with CF Polo Park General Manager Peter Havens, along with the latest member news and industry updates from across our local CRE community.
Copies have been mailed to all BOMA members, and the full digital version of INSIDER is also available on the Publications Page of the BOMA website.

Foundations of Real Estate Management Course
We’re currently planning our next offering of BOMA’s Foundations of Real Estate Management course, to be held in fall 2026. If you would like to be added to our pre-registration list, please contact Maya Wisher.
The six-day (30-hour) course is perfect for those who are new to commercial real estate OR looking to build a stronger CRE foundation. It covers core topics like building systems, maintenance, asset management, leasing and financials, and also includes behind-the-scenes tours of local buildings.
Participants receive a course manual, a certificate, and credit towards a BOMI designation.
