2024 BOMA Golf Classic

Event Details: Registration and BBQ lunch starting at 10:30 a.m.; Shotgun start at 12:00 noon.

Manitoba Building Conference & Expo
Save the date for the Manitoba Building Conference & Expo scheduled for Wednesday, October 30, 2024.
This full day event at the Victoria Inn Hotel & Convention Centre, is dedicated entirely to designing, building, and managing commercial and institutional buildings. The conference combines a tradeshow/product expo, educational seminars and a keynote luncheon.
Our expo floor will once again showcase the latest technologies, and building products, and the trade show is free for all to attend.
The conference is an annual joint effort of the Winnipeg Construction Association(WCA) and BOMA.

Advocacy
BOMA remains active on several key advocacy items and research initiatives, including building security, City-owned infrastructure spending, utility rates, industry recruitment and sustainability actions.
Our office will also be publishing a CRE impact study in Q3/Q4, which will examine the impact of commercial real estate and multi-family investment on the Manitoba economy.
