February Industry Breakfast
Members gathered at the Richardson Conference Centre for an Industry Breakfast on A.I. and its implications for commercial real estate, presented by Philip Giles, Senior Sales Director at Neovation Learning Solutions.
Drawing on decades of experience in the A.I. space, Giles highlighted practical applications already available today that can streamline day-to-day operations, including lease abstraction, document review, energy analysis, predictive maintenance, and scheduling optimization.
“Don’t wait for perfect,” Giles told the audience, urging members not to hold off until the technology feels fully mature or risk free. With technology evolving rapidly, he emphasized that there will never be a risk-free, full settled moment to adopt A.I. The path forward is to start small, experiment wisely, and keep the “human in the loop”.
