BOMA Manitoba members and guests attended our annual annual State of the Industry Luncheon, where a dynamic panel shared insights on what’s shaping Winnipeg’s commercial real estate market. Moderated by Joanne Gesell, RPA, the discussion brought perspectives from Trevor Clay, Paul Kornelsen, Kris Mutcher, and Don White, CFA, CPA, covering Winnipeg’s office, industrial, retail, multi-family and investment sectors, plus trends in AI and tenant amenities and a host of other topics.
