BOMA’s Awards of Excellence Program – from the local to the national and international levels – is the most prestigious in the commercial real estate industry.
Categories
For the 2026 Awards cycle, submissions will be accepted until Tuesday, April 28th for these categories:
- Tenant Improvement of the Year Awards
- Renovation category
- New Tenant Improvement category
- Earth Awards (BOMA BEST-certified buildings)
- TOBY Awards (The Outstanding Building of the Year)
- The Pinnacle Awards
- Outstanding Customer Service
- Innovation
- Above & Beyond
- Building Operations Team of the Year
- Property Management Team of the Year
- Emerging Leader Award
Our local nominees and award winners were recognized at BOMA Manitoba’s Awards luncheon in June.
BOMA Manitoba’s TOBY, Earth and Pinnacle award winners will also have the opportunity to enter BOMA Canada’s national awards competition. National awards will be presented at BOMEX (in Ottawa, ON) this September.
