Congratulations to the 2025 Awards of Excellence winners!
BOMA Manitoba recognized a number of member firms at its annual Awards of Excellence Luncheon, held June 18, 2025. The luncheon took place at the Metropolitan Entertainment Theatre Centre and was hosted by local comedian Matt Falk.
Awards were presented to acknowledge outstanding customer service, environmental stewardship, and excellence in building management. BOMA Manitoba’s Earth, Pinnacle and TOBY award winners will also have the opportunity to enter BOMA Canada’s national awards competition, which will be held in Halifax this September.

The Earth Awards are based on the highest scoring Manitoba BOMA BEST® buildings in their respective categories.

Rodych Integrated Design Inc. (RIDI) was chosen for their outstanding work designing Intact Insurance’s new 15,000 sq. ft. downtown office at 220 Portage Avenue. The space embraced an activity-based working model with open layouts, natural light, and flexible shared spaces. Intact praised RIDI’s ability to understand and reflect their corporate culture, delivering a functional, stylish environment that enhances collaboration, comfort, and employee satisfaction under a hybrid work model.

This prestigious award is a special recognition to for an individual who has made significant contributions to the industry and BOMA Manitoba, demonstrating leadership, commitment, and dedication to advancing the organization and its mission.

This year’s recipient, Joe Correia, embodies unwavering dedication. From, when Bee Clean’s logo appeared in the earliest printed newsletters to signing the initial meeting minutes in the 1980s, Correia has been integral to BOMA Manitoba’s foundation. Bee-Clean has been a sponsor at every single Golf Classic since its inception, stepped up as a key partner for national conferences in 1994 and 2014, and remains a steadfast supporter of BOMA Canada events. Correia isn’t just a member; he’s a pillar—mentoring, referring new members, and encourages Bee-Clean staff to serve on local boards and committees.
