BOMA Manitoba is proud to launch the inaugural Emerging Leader Award, celebrating the next generation of talent in Manitoba’s commercial real estate industry. This new annual honour will recognize one BYP who has shown exceptional initiative, leadership, and impact in their career, their company, and the community.

Who Can Be Nominated

Current BYP members under 35 years of age
Nominated by another individual (self-nominations will not be accepted)

What Sets Nominees Apart

Demonstrates initiative and leadership in their role of the CRE industry
Achieved a standout project, deliverable, or contribution in the past year
Actively contributes to the BOMA community and their local community
Embodies the qualities of a future leader in commercial real estate
