The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Manitoba actively assists real estate developers and operators of commercial office space to become more expert, professional, and accomplished in their fields, as well as to create better tenant environments and more stable investments for the owners.
BOMA aggressively represents the needs and interests of office building owners, investors, developers and managers, to city, provincial and national legislative bodies. We provide a network and forum for industry professionals and service providers to discuss mutual problems, exchange ideas and share experiences and knowledge.
We increase professionalism in our industry by offering seminars and designation programs for our members and certification programs for our buildings.
