Networking isn’t always at the top of our priority list, most people find it awkward, however networking is an essential part of advancing your career especially for young professionals. The ability to network is one of the most crucial skills any professional can have.
Effective Networking is all about relationships, building them and keeping them strong. The trick with networking is to think strategically, proactively and outside of the box. Going beyond your comfort zone and getting comfortable with being uncomfortable is imperative. A solid network will serve you well and will be a valuable tool in your career management toolbox for years to come.
